| | Art Cows
During the summer of 2000, about 500 art cows appeared in the Northern part of the Netherlands.
They were all over the Dutch province Fryslân.
Painted and modelled by professional artists they were a colourful attraction.
The full size Holstein Friesian cows came in three models, standing, grazing and laying.
The material the cows are made of, is polyester or fibreglass.
In the picture you can see all three models coated with a white primer.
They are ready to be painted.
Later this not only beautifull but also practical Cow Bench was added to the collection.
